Ordered food, it said it would be available for pickup 20 minutes later. I arrived 20 minutes later, and the food was not ready. He was still cooking the chicken, this is normally fine, I can wait but when we opened the food, 1/2 the chicken was still pink/rubbery which tells me it was RAW. I wish he would have just asked me if i wanted to pick something different so i didn't have to wait for the chicken to cook. I had screaming kids in my car and i had to wait an additional 15 minutes only to receive undercooked chicken. Very disappointing, will not return to this location.

My sister loves this food, wants to order all the time. First time I'm doing pickup and the place is so clean, comfy and nice, would eat here. We ordered online and it was a good deal. Doordash was showing $2-$3 more each combo. I have had the sides from here too, so yummy!

I ordered on the website after finding you online. After ordering it said the order would be ready in 110 minutes. I thought that was excessive and should have called to see if that was accurate. Arrived to find my order had been ready for quite a while. Food was excellent but had to be warmed up. We would go back, but I will call next time to check for website accuracy.

Today was our first online order for Hong Kong Express. We ordered one of the four-item combo plate. We were of the impression that the first selection choice would be the primary and largest portion with the three following choices would be equal smaller portions. As it happened, the last choice (ham fried rice) was made the largest portion and least expensive. Fried rice was too oily and not completely palatable to eat the whole portion. Other portions were okay but would have preferred to have any one of those be the larger portion. For our second selection combo meal of three choices, the same issue - with the last selection vegetable low mein used as the largest portion and least expensive with the two other choices containing meat being smaller portions. The low mein again being too oily for me. As previously stated, this was an online order. When I have visited the restaurant and created my own plates, the food has been fresh and good. Perhaps it was just the volume of the fried rice and vegetable low mein resulting in the "too oily" issue. Smaller portions may not have given the same result. We'll probably try this restaurant again, but probably not with online ordering.
Online ordering indicated for the first online order we would get a 10% discount which did not show on the final order cost for a discount. Not the fault of the restaurant, probably a glitch in the ordering system.

I used to work in a fast food and I learned to tell when the oil in the deep fryer is too burnt or old to keep using. In the case of your food, I thought it was really good but wished the oil had been changed at the beginning of the day.

Ordered online and the food was ready right when I got there. Delicious, great portion sized, and friendly service!
